I went to my graduaton ceremony yesterday! I now officially hold an MSc of Science in Psychology! It sure was a *special* time with a mixed bag of experiences. I started my Master’s in 2019 and had one “normal” Semester before Corona and the lockdown hit.
There are things that I wish would have been different, but there was also a lot that I enjoyed and wouldn’t trade for the world. My Studies are also intrinsically linked to my life in Kassel and the wonderful memories I made there.
Yesterday I had to (or got to) say goodbye to this home of mine, my home of the last 4 years, it feels like a huge step. It was an emotional day with highs and lows, I met up with wonderful friends, went for a lovely dinner, had a proper cry in public, laughed, and felt exhausted and overwhelmed.
The cherry on top waited for me at home in form of a beautiful flower bouquet, an absolutely wonderful surprise by one of my dearest friends!!!
Now onwards to see what comes next – HUZZAH!
